  3.       HOW TO SEND A BULLETIN TO "ALL"

  5. The difference between a personnal message and a bulletin is that only the
  6. destination callsing can read its personnal messages while anyone can read
  7. bulletins.
  8.  
  9. Sending a bulletin is as simple as sending a personnal message.
  10. You will use the SB command:
  11. SB SKIP @ ALLCAN
  12.  
  13. Try to use an address that means something regarding the contents of your
  14. message. Instead of the @BBS (HOME BBS), you will use a forwarding address
  15. that will determine what coverage will be given to your bulletin. In the
  16. preceeding example, your bulletin would be circulated across CANADA.
